About the job
Your entry into the agency world! The advertising and creative agency ESE Agency is looking for the next project manager for our customer projects. Do you already have work experience or are you about to complete a degree? Let's take off. During your six-month mentoring, you will learn how to carry out communication and marketing activities from planning to implementation and will be involved in everything from partnership support for large clients to creative direction. After your skills have been further sharpened, we will continue working with you in a permanent position. Challenge! Accepted?

Your field of work

Project management
Management, coordination, and planning of customer projects in the area of website. You will responsibly and committedly assume the role of interface between customer.
Customer Support
Thanks to effective communication and close support, you will position yourself as a coordinator, contact person, and expert for your customers.
Leading the Creation Team
You take over the supervision and lead the creative team. Allocate, instruct, coordinate, and provide inputs that decide the success of the project.
Controlling
You are responsible for the success, budget, and timing of your projects.
Content Conceptualization
You conceptualize wireframes, social media campaigns, and much more. From the drawing board into the world.

Organizational talent

Communication talent (writing and language)

Professional experience or (soon) degree

Affinity for new media and the digital world

Ambition, passion and drive for self-fulfillment

Self-confidence when dealing with personalities and big brands

Very good written and language skills in German
