We’re Building an Academy…

… and thus a new positioning: The electrical company is launching its own employer brand for young talent with the “Hörnlimann Academy.” Featuring its own landing page, logo, and brand identity.

All information about apprenticeships on one page: With a highly contemporary website and an intuitive information structure, the company positions itself as a competence center in a promising industry. Elektro Hörnlimann has understood how to secure long-term competitive advantages in a crowded market.

Because Employer Branding Only Works Holistically

Those who train young people must understand them. With a new landing page and an animated promotional video, the company connects with the tone of the next generation. Included are photos from the shoot, where we showcased the trainees in the best light.

All beginnings start with analysis: Dissecting the initial situation is the first step. What positioning aligns with the brand’s core? Which channels need to be developed? And what messages resonate with employees? Following this, a full-day workshop was held to establish the details for a sustainable and long-term project.
