The Silent Stars in the Spotlight

Day after day, they keep Winterthur moving. Together, they work toward the same goal: from the driver to the sheet metal worker, the mechatronics technician, the service technician, and the back-office team. In the campaign visual, these dedicated insiders are stylized in a movie poster look. The creative campaign concept conveys that what these employees achieve is truly action-packed—almost cinematic.

On the Road of the Candidate Journey

The Hollywood theme runs consistently through all advertising measures: from the first contact on billboards to the landing page, social media, and even internal communication. Landing Page as a Strategic Job Hub: The new platform serves as the central hub of the campaign. Interested candidates can find information about all professions and training opportunities, employment conditions—and apply with just a few clicks.

From the Workshop to the Red Carpet: In various short clips, we caught the busy employees for a quick interview in front of the camera. The red carpet was rolled out for those who usually keep Winterthur moving.
